Fasset provide 30 Southern Water sites across Hampshire, Sussex and Kent with our housekeeping and security services. We have over 50 employees working to keep the sites secure and clean for employees and visitors. Additionally, we also provide catering services at Head Offices and Hard services at the Winchester site.

Fasset are the estates manager at Langstone Technology Park and have been for over 15 years. Throughout this time, we have provided soft and hard facilities management services, using in house team to service over 50 tenants. These tenants range from large international corporations to start-up companies and SME’s.

Fasset created and manage a multi-tenanted model to develop and transform an underutilised 190,000 sq. ft facility, owned by a global corporate company. Hard and soft FM services and lettings management are provided by Fasset’s onsite team. Hersham Place is consistently at 90% occupancy.

For over 10 years Fasset has delivered hard and soft facilities management alongside actively managing the lettings process at Caswell Science & Technology Park. This is a part of the overall strategy to reduce occupancy costs for the owner occupier.

Fasset provides facilities management services including security, housekeeping and M&E in order to keep Apollo’s premises clean, secure and fully functioning. This allows Apollo to focus on continuing to deliver quality Fire Detection products and systems, as they have been doing for over 40 years.

Providing ISO consultancy at Stoneleigh Park, we maintain their ISO certification in ISO 9001 Quality and 14001 Environmental and have been doing so for over 5 years. We ensure Stoneleigh Park achieve their certification and are compliant with regards to the ISO standards.
